What we collect
Your name, email address and profile photo (if you add one)
The sports you play
Your availability and any calendar links you choose to add
The groups you're in and the games you post, join or pass on
Device push tokens, if you turn on phone alerts
Why we collect it
Only to run your games and send you alerts about them — new games, first dibs, who's joined and when a game is full.
Who sees it
Your name, photo and the games you're in are visible only to members of your groups, and to people you share a game link with. Your availability and calendar are never shown to anyone — we only use them to suggest times, as anonymous counts.
Services we use
We use Supabase to store data and handle sign-in, an email provider to send game alerts, and standard web push services (from Apple, Google or your browser) to deliver phone alerts. They only process data to provide these services to us.
What we never do
We never sell your data and we never show ads.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. Past games are kept so your history makes sense. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see or export your data at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from the You page. For anything else, email will@takersapp.com.
